Welcome to Pippop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform.
Pippop is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of preloved and second-hand items in the Philippines. We facilitate connections between users but are not a party to any transaction. All purchases are arranged directly between buyers and sellers, typically through local meetups or user-arranged delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for the listings you create and all content you post on the Platform. Listings must accurately describe the item being sold, including its condition, price, and any defects. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
Pippop does not process payments or arrange shipping. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We recommend meeting in safe, public locations for in-person exchanges. Pippop is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of items listed on the Platform.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pippop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction arranged through the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
